For TechNet Plus and MSDN subscribers, the DVD image of Windows Vista with SP1 is available for download in English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese Traditional (HK), Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional (TW), Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Dutch, and Swedish. It will be available in all 36 languages within a few weeks.
