I am self taught at everything to do with computers, didn’t have the chance to go to college but do have the will to learn what I can on my own. It isn’t always what you know. It’s what you are willing to learn.

Hello,
I too am “self-taught” at computers. I’ve always looked at myself with computers as the “jack of all trades, master of none; but end the end, I get it done”… I currently maintain a wordpress blog (whatsonmypc.wordpress.com)and was wondering if you would be interested in a link exchange (on blogroll). If not, I understand…
Keep up the great work with the blog.

I am so glad that you have decided to share what you know about computers. Your guides on computer hope are very useful, though right now I cannot used them because my computer will not start at all…..(I’m not worrying, I, too will be ’self-taught) on fixing computers. Just wish I had seen your advice before the computer went ‘coo-coooo’!

Hi Kevin,
I, too, am trying to learn computer’s from self teachings through trial & errors, reading, and by example’s of others. But, I am having a difficult time documenting my findings in an organizational manner. I believe that I am trying to learn too much of everything all at once. Do you know of any sites that I can go to that will guide me from “beginning to end”. I am jumping around from one topic to the other, and I feel really discombobulated at times!!!!
I’d appreciate any ideas that you could offer.
Thanks!
Donna

Hi Donna.
Tough question. Depending on exactly what you are trying to teach yourself the places to go vary.

Hi,
I enjoyed you article re: ‘Improve the lifetime of memory cards’.
I have a new blog about digital camera memory cards. Since our sites are tech related, I was wondering if you would be interested in exchanging links?

Hi Chris.
I like your blog but since you link to all pay-for software I won’t be adding you to my blog roll. Nothing personal, I just prefer freebies.
Kevin.
